FormsAssurity ensures that information entered into a web form is securely encrypted regardless of where it is sent or stored.  Web form attachments (documents, images, etc.) are also securely encrypted.

FormsAssurity lets you specify whether user's must digitally sign a web form or document.  Users for example may be requested to digitaly sign a form to say they acknowledge that the information they have entered is true to their knowledge or that they agree to the wording of a document.

To the user, a FormsAssurity form appears and acts just like any other form. A small applet is downloaded on their computer when the form is loaded in the browser and automatic integrity checking is performed on each form so the user knows if it has been tampered with.  Encryption happens in the background without any user intervention.  If digital signing of web forms has been requested then users are asked for the location of their private key and its password.

Secure web forms and their attachments can either be emailed to the administrator (and other parties if required) or posted to a web server.
