FA OpenPGP Central Administrator provides corporations with essential management tools for deploying and managing large numbers of FileAssurity OpenPGP clients across the enterprise.

Operate your own Certificate Authority, control the use of encryption and digital signature services by users in your organization, prevent secure deletion of files, recover encrypted information (under proper authority), provide true group encryption and revocate users when necessary.

Encryption Algorithms
AES.  Key strength 256 bit.  FIPS 197
Twofish, CAST, TDES are used for backwards compatibility with PGP v5.x and v6.x.

Digital Signature Algorithms
RSA.  Key strength 2048 bit (generated by FileAssurity OpenPGP)
DH/DSS.  Key strength 1024/2048
Supports any key length greater than 512 bits for imported keys

Hashing Algorithms
SHA-1.  Key strength 160 bit
MD5 128 bit is supported for imported keys

Secure File Deletion
Files are deleted beyond US Government DOD standard 5220.22-M
FileAssurity performs 15 write and wipe operations to ensure your files cannot be recovered
Additional measures are used to prevent dedicated file restoration programs recovering your files

FileAssurity supports any Certificate Authorities (CAs) that export their certificates in any of these formats - Verisign, DST, Microsoft, etc.  The majority of CAs offer .P12 format.

You can generate keys and certificates in FileAssurity OpenPGP that are based on the OpenPGP (RFC 2440) and X.509 standards.
