Generating Secure Forms online - Form Designer
The secure forms designer enables you to quickly and simply generate secure forms. The work area for form creation is shown below :
By left-clicking on one of the above icons and then left-clicking in the design area the object you have chosen will be displayed in the design panel. Once items have been created they can be moved around the display area by clicking on them and dragging them with the mouse and you can use the normal controls to resize them, or you can define sizes using coordinate values.

Use this object to place text on the form. This may be to provide information about the form and its purpose or to label a specific field for the user’s benefit.

This is a single line entry field useful for small amounts of text – e.g. entry of user’s name or a line in an address.

This is a large text field for multiple lines of text – e.g. the user may want to provide information such as details of an accident, instructions for the sale or purchase of shares or explanation of a taxable expense.

Submit Form Button
This button must be included in your form. The user must press this button in order to cause the form to be encrypted and sent back to you.
Insert Image
Use this to insert images into your form. You might want to use this to insert a graphic line for example to divide up sections of the secure form. The images you insert here will be sent securely with the form.
NOTE : The secure form is actually an applet that is displayed in an HTML or equivalent page. Images can therefore be inserted into the HTML page using an HTML editor to create the final look and feel of the form. The Insert Image option is purely for images that you want secured or that need to be displayed in the secure form (applet) area.
Insert File Attachment field
This field lets users upload file attachments to the form which will be protected with the rest of the forms contents. This may be useful if the user can provide a photograph or a separate document that needs to be included with the form information. If you want to let the user attach more than one file you will need to add multiple attachment fields to your secure web form. Please be aware that there is no way to prevent the form user from attaching any file they choose if this facility is selected.
Each object has a set of properties and values associated with it and these are shown on the bottom left-hand side of the display area - see object properties
