ContentAssurity enables you to digitally sign and encrypt sentences, paragraphs or whole blocks of text for use in your email and instant messages, your word documents, forms, or spreadsheets. In fact it really does not matter what application you want to protect information in as ContentAssurity works with any Windows application.
ContentAssurity supports multiple encryption keys and signatures in the same document. You can let people view only specific parts of documents and multiple people can sign off on the same piece of text.
DIGITALLY SIGNING CONTENT
By digitally signing content you identify who originated a piece of information in a document, spreadsheet, email, etc.
ContentAssurity complies with the requirements of the European Digital Signature regulations. There is no 'dynamic content' or 'hidden code'. What you see is what you sign and nothing else.
ContentAssurity lets multiple people sign the same content, just the same as multiple people signing a paper document. The content is verified at each step. If any user changes the content the system automatically starts a new session and updates the content history.
Outside the ContentAssurity environment, any attempt to alter signed messages is detected automatically and the user is notified.
ENCRYPTING CONTENT
By encrypting content you ensure that only those people you choose can view it. ContentAssurity uses AES, the strongest US government approved algorithm to encrypt content. You can encrypt content for specific individuals or groups. ContentAssurity automatically ensures that you can read any encrypted content that you generate.
SECURE MESSAGE STORE & AUDIT LOG
ContentAssurity keeps a secure record of your important correspondence and transactions. The date and time of each signature is recorded, as is the people for whom it was encrypted, so that a full audit trail of the actions on that content is available to each recipient.
You view, decrypt, and verify old content at any time. Content is stored in date order and identified by it's subject (just like e-mails) and their signatories. For convenience you can label content, and a search facility is provided to quickly locate content in your message store.
You can see the entire history of protected content at any time. Content carries with it the timestamps of signatories, the order in which they were applied, and who content was encrypted for. For each stage that the content went through you have a comprehensive audit log.
NO PURCHASING OF CERTIFICATES/KEYS REQUIRED
ContentAssurity does not require you to buy certificates and keys from a Certificate Authority (although you can do if you prefer). It's built-in key manager lets you generate self-signed keys and certificates which you can distribute to others. Alternatively, you can import keys from any Certificate Authority (CA). SIMPLE TO USE
You can sign content, encrypt it, or sign and encrypt it. Select the content you have copied to or created in ContentAssurity, choose who you want to encrypt it for, whether you want to sign it, and press the 'Secure' button. Your content is now protected. ContentAssurity places your protected content into the clipboard ready for you to paste into any Windows application you are using.
For decryption and verification of content you just press a single button in ContentAssurity and the clipboard content is automatically checked for protected content and processed accordingly - you don't have to do anything.

Other people do not have to purchase the full version of ContentAssurity in order to verify and decrypt content you send them – – they can do this for FREE by downloading our free reader software. 
APPLICATION INDEPENDENT
ContentAssurity has been designed to be independent of applications for two reasons. The first is that can never be exposed to the security weaknesses of those applications. The second is that it will work regardless of the applications you have already selected. You have no integration problems, no update incompatibilities, and your recipients don't have to be using the same software.
ContentAssurity works with any email or instant messaging system regardless of the provider. The sender and receiver don't have to use the same products or versions.
